Mr. S. Venkat Reddy enters the food industry by starting a small sugarcane juice stand at a local bus stand, marking the beginning of a lifelong hospitality journey.

The second HOTEL VIVERA branch opens at Narketpally on the Vijayawada–Hyderabad Highway, catering to long-distance travelers.

The third branch is launched in Bhongir on the Warangal–Hyderabad Highway, strengthening presence on another key travel route.

The fifth branch is added in Bhongir on the Hyderabad–Warangal Highway, reinforcing HOTEL VIVERA’s strong regional presence.
